Information we process

We process the name, email address or phone number you provide, sign-in identifiers, workspace membership, and billing status. Your workspace also contains the contacts, properties, deals, notes, files, messages, and other business records that you or authorized teammates import or create. Technical records include request times, IP addresses, device or browser information, errors, security events, and metered AI usage. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. RealhoundNext receives payment and subscription references rather than your full card number.

How we use information

We use this information to operate your CRM, authenticate accounts, enforce workspace permissions, process subscriptions, provide requested AI features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and measure service usage and data completeness. Optional mailbox or calendar connections require your authorization and provider availability. Google or Apple sign-in alone does not grant access to your inbox, calendar, or contacts.

AI and service providers

AI features send the prompt and relevant workspace context to the configured AI provider, currently OpenAI or Anthropic. Use of an AI feature can include business records needed to answer the request. AI providers process that information under their applicable API service terms. Realhound does not use private customer records to train its own general-purpose AI models or sell those records for model training. Avoid submitting information that your firm is not authorized to process.

Our service providers include Clerk for identity and verification, Stripe for billing, Netlify for hosting and functions, and Neon for database hosting. Google and Apple process sign-in information when you choose those methods. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their service privacy notices also apply to their own processing.

Workspace and operational access

Authorized members can access records in their workspace. Workspace owners manage membership and subscription seats. Realhound staff, including automated agents operating under Realhound's direction, may process information needed to support the service, investigate an error, secure accounts, or fulfill your request. Agent access is permission-based and recorded. Third-party agents that you connect receive the permissions you grant and are subject to their own providers' terms.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect people or the service, or complete a corporate transaction with appropriate confidentiality protections. We use essential browser storage and cookies for sign-in, workspace selection, and service operation.

Retention and your choices

We retain workspace records while needed to provide the service. You can edit records, export available reports, revoke agent keys and connections, and request access, correction, export, or deletion through the contact below. Identity, security, transaction, and backup records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and recovery. Archived workspace records are not automatically erased by deleting one member's sign-in account. Ask us to arrange deletion of a sole-owned workspace and its retained business records.

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you additional privacy rights. We verify requests before releasing or deleting information and coordinate with the workspace owner where the business controls those records. RealhoundNext is intended for adults using it for business and is not directed to children.

Email, SMS, and phone

We may contact you by email, SMS, or phone for account, support, and (with consent) marketing purposes, including through automated systems. Opt out of marketing email via unsubscribe. For SMS, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. For phone, ask to be removed or contact support@realhound.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional account messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except aggregators, carriers, and providers strictly necessary to deliver the text messaging service. We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Delete an account

In the web app, open Settings, then Account privacy, then Delete account. On iOS or Mac, open More and choose Delete account. The app previews affected workspaces and subscriptions before you confirm. Transfer ownership of any workspace with other members first. For a sole-owned workspace, the flow asks you to authorize immediate cancellation of its active subscription.

Deletion removes your sign-in account, memberships, connection tokens, and agent access. Shared brokerage records remain with your account profile details removed from attribution, and sole-owned workspaces are archived. If an identity provider is temporarily unavailable, the app closes local access and offers a retry to finish deletion. For help deleting retained workspace records or if you cannot sign in, contact us below.
