Your account and business records

By using RealhoundNext, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you are authorized to represent. You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in methods secure and give teammates and connected agents only the access they need. You retain your rights in your records and authorize Realhound and its service providers to process them to provide the service.

You are responsible for permission to collect and use imported records, compliance with privacy and marketing rules, and review of actions taken by teammates or connected agents. Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, spam, security attacks, unauthorized access, or data you have no right to use. We may restrict access to address nonpayment, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Subscriptions and AI usage

The standard plan is $99 USD per subscribed user per month, plus applicable taxes displayed at checkout. The workspace owner authorizes recurring Stripe charges. The subscription renews until canceled through Billing. Seat changes may be prorated as displayed by Stripe. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The account-deletion flow separately discloses immediate cancellation.

A full-price paid $99 seat invoice adds $5 of metered AI usage credit. Paid invoices for prorated seats add proportional credit. Unpaid or partially settled invoices do not unlock AI credit. Unused credits roll over, and an active subscription is required to use paid credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Refunds and payment reversals adjust credited usage. Requests pause at the available balance, with no automatic AI overage charge. Demonstration workspaces use a separate Realhound budget.

Unused subscription time is not automatically refunded. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. These terms do not limit any refund or cancellation rights that applicable law requires. We will communicate material pricing changes before they apply to a future billing period.

Review your decisions

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Property information, ownership links, comparable sales, and financial calculations depend on their source data and assumptions. Verify important facts before contacting a client, publishing a report, or making a transaction decision. RealhoundNext does not provide legal, tax, investment, appraisal, or brokerage advice, and does not guarantee a transaction outcome or licensed market-data coverage.

Service changes and contact

We may improve or change the service and will communicate material changes to these terms or the privacy policy. Some integrations and enterprise capabilities require separate activation or an agreement. Review the security page for the current controls and availability. Contact us before relying on a capability that has not been verified for your deployment.
