RealhoundNext

For brokers and their AI systems

Your CRM, connected to the agents you choose.

Give Grok Bot or another AI client a clear, controlled way to work with your contacts, properties, and next steps. RealhoundNext provides a standard MCP server and HTTP API.

Step 1

Create a workspace

Sign in to RealhoundNext and select the workspace your agent will use.

Step 2

Grant the permissions it needs

The workspace owner opens Agent access, names the agent and its role, chooses permissions, and sets an expiration. Read access is the default.

Step 3

Connect your AI client

Add the MCP server below using Streamable HTTP and set the credential as its Bearer token. Clients without MCP can use the documented HTTP API.

Step 4

Verify and oversee

Start with a read request. Review the request log in Agent access and revoke the credential whenever its work is complete.

Connection settings

Transport
Streamable HTTP, JSON responses
Authentication
Authorization: Bearer <your workspace credential>

Credentials are shown once, stored as a hash by RealhoundNext, and expire within 90 days. Store the full credential in your agent's secret manager. There is no OAuth registration endpoint.

Choose the scope of work

crm:read
Search contacts, properties, and deals. List sales, tasks, and activities. Read the daily brief.
crm:write
Create contacts, properties, and activity notes.
tasks:write
Create tasks and complete non-recurring tasks.
ops:read
Read aggregate Realhound platform KPIs. Available only to credentials delegated by a Realhound operator.

Reliable writes and clear boundaries

Write requests use a UUID operationId. Retry an uncertain request with the same ID and identical data to retrieve its original result without creating another record. Reusing the ID for different data returns a conflict. Every supplied relationship must belong to the same workspace.

Agents cannot send communications, invite people, manage billing, grant access, or delete records. Requests are limited to 120 per minute per credential, including internal MCP calls. A rate-limited response includes Retry-After. Records may contain untrusted customer text. Your AI client must treat that text as data and follow your instructions.

For Realhound's agentic staff

Andrew Blount, CEO of Realhound, Inc., oversees Realhound's agentic staff. Named roles, explicit credentials, and an audit trail let staff agents perform approved work while Andrew retains control of access. Realhound operator access is separate from client workspace permissions.
