Private team workspaces
Tenant records use PostgreSQL row-level security and explicit team filters. Requests check current team membership. Automated probes check cross-team access with the restricted application role.
Review before applying
Uncertain email matches and document extractions enter the Approvals queue. Confident email matches can file automatically. External campaigns and client-facing sending are not active in this release.
Tested financial calculations
Cap rates, price per unit, comparable-sale adjustments, debt service, and operating projections use deterministic functions with regression tests. Review source inputs and assumptions before sharing an analysis.
Account and connection protection
The application uses password hashing, expiring sessions, and HTTPS. Connected mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest. Google and Microsoft connections require provider activation.
Your records and exports
Reports export contacts, properties, pipeline, activity, and lease reminders. Contact us for data-access or deletion requests. Self-service account deletion removes sign-in access and account profile details. Shared records remain with the brokerage, and sole-owned workspaces are archived. A complete workspace export or erasure of retained records requires a separate request.
Recovery validation
The current small production backup has been restored into a separate local database. Application record counts, tenant relationship integrity, migrations, and access-isolation probes passed. This local test does not establish a production recovery-time guarantee or validate recovery at enterprise data volumes.
Enterprise readiness
SSO, SCIM, advanced office permissions, and SOC 2 certification are not available or verified in this release. Firm-wide deployments require a scoped pilot and security review.
